Entire house remodel

The day we began remodeling

This is a picture of this Project (we lovingly call it Bellefontaine) the day we bagan the remodel. We did a fair amount of work on this house, including every possible interior and exterior upgrade.

Lifting the roof

We raised the roof on this house to allow for more living space in the upstairs portion of this house. The upstairs was already converted into living space before we began, but the ceiling heights were less than 6'.

Lifting the roof was done in 3 sections. The brand new existing roof shingles were left in place at the homeowners request, and later patched in to repair the cut shingles.

Here we have completed lifting the first section of roof and began on the second.

The second roof section is seamlessly completed, and ready for wall framing.

In this image you can also see the single car garage addition, designed to match the existing roof lines.

Here, the new siding was being installed, as well as some extensive foundation repairs and french drain installation.

This small front deck was installed to help accent the house, as well as to cover up a non-removable hollow stoop.
